HOW TO APPLY
- Take about 5 ml of oil and apply all over the body as desired. Massage well all over the neck, shoulders, back, thighs emphasizing the pressure points.
- Use a firm hand to do away with all that stress.
- Start from the legs and massage towards the heart.
- Finish with a bath or shower.
This oil is a saviour for season change body pain. Very effective and soothing. whole winter i have used it. I have arthtistis and general body ache due to age.. Good effect is seen.
